		<description>I don't think most businesses get it, honestly.  Community focus means caring about your community and not JUST what they can do for you.  While self-preservation is important, it can't be the be all and end all for a community site.  

And, while you cannot implement every feature that your users clamor for, you certainly should make an effort to listen and aim to please, for the most part.  Great post, btw.  :)</description>
